Singapore, April 3, 2006
To: All Parents / Guardians
From: Zahirul Islam, Secretary, BLLS
Ref: BLLS Letter 25 of 2006
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We have noted that some of our students are still making the School premises dirty after
having food and drinks during the recess time despite several reminders. We take this as a
serious breach of School Discipline. We would like to once again request the
parents/guardians to advise their children to refrain from messing up the school area from
next school day. Please be informed that we, in the School Management, are under serious
pressure from the Henderson School Authorities to improve on this issue. This is not only
causing us additional expenses to clean up the messes but also it is creating a bad
reputation for our good children.
Therefore we shall not hesitate to seek penalty or even other drastic measures against the
offender/s should the need arise. We are also planning to ban consumption of any
food/drink within the School Premises if this continues.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Abdul Rahman Arsat
